Dawn Shanks is our Business Development Manager and is responsible for managing PlanB’s sales and marketing functions. Dawn’s strengths are building and developing relationships with clients and making sure that they are happy with the PlanB service and processes. Dawn’s background is sales, primarily in the advertising sector, but she also has extensive experience in the education and recruitment industries too. She is an affiliate member of BCI.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, especially walking with husband John and her dog Shadow, who they rescued last year from a shelter in Romania.
