Gavin has been focussing on assisting organisations around the world to increase their resilience and be more prepared for business disruptions. Gavin also serves as one of our simulated exercise specialists creating challenging environments for crisis communication teams to practice their media responses using PlanB’s Media Incident Training Simulator.
Gavin is an integral project consultant to large scale projects within the UK and Europe, including scenario and exercise development for several financial services firms.
Gavin’s professional background prior to PlanB Consulting included teaching Risk Management at a UK university with a focus on Business Continuity & Crisis Management and Risk & Organisational Resilience, leaving him well placed to help ensure our client commitments are delivered within time and budget requirements.
