Vijay is our Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for the management and delivery of strategic and operational objectives of the business as we navigate a period of exciting and transformational growth. This is a key post in the executive management team. Key aspects of the role include the strategic development of the Company’s operations and systems, digital innovation for clients and leading the IT, HR and Client Consulting teams.

Vijay also has 20 years of experience delivering risk consulting and business continuity advice to clients globally. His consulting experience transcends a wide range of clients across multiple geographies and a very broad spectrum of business sectors.He has delivered Business Continuity Programmes, as. well as organisational and operational resilience projects and business continuity and Crisis management services.

Prior to working at PlanB, Vijay has worked as a Director in Control Risks Crisis and Security Consulting practice. He has also worked in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice as a Senior Manager delivering clients resilience projects. Prior to that he has worked as a Risk Manager and led Risk and Assurance teams in actuarial consulting firms and also led Business Continuity and Risk Compliance teams in the financial services sector (banking and insurance). He is familiar with internal risk frameworks, business continuity risk and assurance; regulatory compliance and all aspects of organisational resilience.

Vijay holds an LL.B (Hons) and a PGDip Law. He is a certified executive coach having completed his Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, with Merit. He is also an affiliate of the BCI.
