As Business Support Manager, Fiona works across the whole range of PlanB Consulting operations, including HR, Finance and day to day office management. Her eye for detail and auditing experience led PlanB Consulting to ISO9001:2015 accreditation, with Fiona serving as one of the champions of our Quality Management System.

Before entering the world of business continuity, Fiona worked with Project Trust, an educational charity, for seven years. As Head of Finance, she was responsible for the management of all income and expenditure within the organisation, including funding, donations and sponsorships. Fiona also ensured the trust complied with strict charitable organisation regulations, including end of year financial auditing and reporting.

Fiona also has experience of private sector management as a Sales Manager for Next Retail, ensuring her department met demanding targets while offering the highest standards of customer service.

When she’s not at her desk, Fiona can often be found enjoying the great outdoors.
